Women are not broken The system is

Too many decisions are still made by default. And in that default, women are missing. Womafreesm changes this through data, legal action, and new rules.

About us

Global infrastructure for women’s influence

We change the rules, not women

Womafreesm is not about inspiring words. It is a system that turns women’s reality into facts, decisions, and new rules.

Not a club. A system.

Womafreesm isn’t about inspiring words. It’s a system that turns women’s reality into facts, decisions, and new rules.

What’s treated as personal becomes visible

What is usually dismissed as “personal” age, caregiving, overload, health, career breaks, and invisibility in law we turn into the types of evidence.

Data becomes action

Women’s experience doesn’t remain a story. We translate facts into the types of evidence, standards, procedures, and action pathways that can be implemented.

Contribution doesn’t disappear

Womafreesm builds infrastructure where participation has a clear form, contribution leaves a trace, and change can be verified.

How the system works

We work on the root cause, not the symptom

Our goal is the Equal Consideration Standard. That means women’s reality must be built into rules, institutions, and laws not as an exception or a special case, but as a norm.

Step 1. Documentation

Women’s experience stops being treated as a private pain and becomes a verifiable fact. We collect and structure it through the Women’s Life-Cycle Economy Index to show exactly where the Equal Consideration Standard is missing and what the system still fails to account for.

Step 2. Analysis

Facts become an evidence base. From there, we develop methodologies, analysis, findings, and materials that institutions, partners, and decision-makers can rely on.

Step 3. Designing solutions

Evidence is translated into specific solutions: standards, procedures, legal pathways, and changes that can be implemented across institutions, organizations, and public policy.

Step 4. Changing the rules

Through partnerships, legal mechanisms, the World Women’s Assembly (Womafreesm), and public advocacy, norms, institutional decisions and laws are beginning to change. In this way, gender equality ceases to be merely an idea and becomes an operational principle of the system.

How to join Womafreesm

There are different ways to participate in Womafreesm: through a role, research, partnership, membership, volunteering, or a donation. You choose the form of participation that fits you. Public visibility is not required and is possible only with your voluntary consent.

Membership

Join

Permanent membership for those who want to participate in the internal life of the organization and in decision-making under the rules of membership.

Volunteer

Join

An entry point through specific tasks, roles, and practical contribution. Participation here is to build not on abstract support, but on real work that is recognized fairly.

Research

Join

Participation in research that moves women’s experience out of the category of “personal” and into the sphere of data, analysis, and decisions.

Donate

Join

One-time or regular financial support for infrastructure, research, and projects. Support is separate from membership and does not replace participation in governance.

Partners

Join

This is a format for nonprofits, universities, foundations, corporations, and institutions that want to take part in systemic change with us.

Media

Join

An entry point for journalists, editors, authors, and platforms that want to speak about women’s reality with precision, grounded in facts and without superficial clichés.

Women’s Life-Cycle Economy Index

We measure the cost of ignoring women’s reality

Not stories. Indicators.

The Women’s Life-Cycle Economy Index measures what it costs the economy, medicine, and institutions when women’s life cycle is not built into the rules. This research shows where the Equal Consideration Standard is being violated.

Your voice becomes data.
Your data becomes action.

Built on nonpartisan principles, privacy by default, and transparent methodology, so your contribution is protected, measured, and used to drive real change.

FreeWoman

Satire and animation that target not women, but the norms that pressure them to be convenient, young, and quiet. After watching, one thing becomes clear: there is nothing wrong with me. The system is broken.

Beyond Competition

A cultural project about a woman’s right to age with dignity. We take women out of the race for the “ideal appearance” and change the norm: a woman’s value does not decline with age, and her face should never be a reason for shame.

A global network being built
in the real world

omafreesm is being built as an international network. It brings together women from different countries, researchers, lawyers, nonprofits, universities, media, corporate partners, and local teams.

It is not around one country, one person, or one agenda, but around one shared task: making women’s reality a real parameter in rules, institutions, and decision-making.

Today, we have active working connections in 21 countries. We are building a volunteer network, partnerships, clearly defined roles, and transparent rules of participation so the system rests not on charisma, but on architecture, accountability, and clear protocols.

This is how women’s influence stops being a one-time reaction to a crisis. It becomes a durable system that gathers facts, connects people, and drives action even when the headlines and the agenda change.

Here’s what
people are asking

1. Is this just another women’s organization?

No. Womafreesm is not a club or a campaign. It is infrastructure for turning women’s reality into facts, rules, and action.

2. Are you feminists?

We work for equal consideration in systems, institutions, and public decisions. The work is practical, evidence-based, and focused on changing rules.

3. Is this a project against men?

No. The project is against rules that ignore women’s reality and make decisions incomplete for everyone.

4. What can you actually change?

No.
Womafreesm was not created to help women survive inside old rules.
We work with the root cause.
We change the rules themselves.

5. Why should people trust you?

Because the work is built on transparent methodology, clear roles, privacy by default, and verifiable public logic.

6. Where does the money go?

To research, infrastructure, translation, coordination, legal work, tools, and the operational systems needed to make participation accountable.

7. Do I have to pay to participate?

No. There are different forms of participation, including research, volunteering, partnerships, membership, and donations.

8. Does a donation make me a member?

No. Donation and membership are separate forms of participation with different rights, responsibilities, and governance roles.

9. Can donors or partners influence the results of the research?

No. Research logic, methodology, and conclusions must remain independent and transparent.

10. Who is behind this?

Womafreesm is being built by an international network of women, researchers, lawyers, partners, and local teams.

11. Can I participate without being public?

Yes. Public visibility is not required and is possible only with voluntary consent.

12. What will I get right after joining?

You will receive the relevant onboarding path for your form of participation and the next practical steps.

13. Why does this matter not only for women?

Because systems that ignore half of reality make weaker decisions for everyone. Better rules create better institutions.
