Womafreesm is building a global infrastructure for women’s influence. Here, volunteering means taking part in creating a new framework: through specific tasks, hands-on work, and tangible results.
ApplyAt Womafreesm, every task has a deadline, an outcome, and confirmation of completion. Each woman’s contribution is recorded and becomes part of the collective effort.

Your words work for the system. Post stories, share content, and answer questions on your channels. You’re not advertising; you’re speaking from the heart. This is the easiest way to get started: you can begin with just five minutes.

Women’s experiences are becoming evidence. Invite women to take the Women’s Life-Cycle Economy Index survey, collect contact details for organisations in your country, and complete the country map.

At Womafreesm, growth is built on proven contribution. First comes the task. Then comes responsibility. Then comes a new role within the system.
You have submitted your application. A mentor will get in touch, decide on a track and set you your first task.
Condition: application submitted
The first task has been completed and accepted. You will receive a Volunteer Certificate with your personal ID and the date you joined.
Condition: 1 task accepted
You’re getting into the swing of things: at least one accepted task per month. Your status remains unchanged until your contribution is confirmed.
Condition: 1 task over 30 days
Complete three tasks within 30 days: you will then become a member of Womafreesm through your contribution, rather than by paying a membership fee. This will be recorded in a certificate.
Condition: 3 challenges over 30 days
You demonstrate a consistent contribution, take on more responsibility and become eligible to apply for the role of coordinator. Next steps: selection, interview, probationary period.
Condition: 60 days in the system + 8 tasks + feedback from a mentor
Once you have completed your first task, you will receive a volunteer certificate showing your start date, track and personal ID. This confirms your status within the system.
Every task you accept is recorded in the log. Your participation history is saved and won’t disappear. You can always see exactly what you’ve done and what mark you’ve left behind.
You are not alone in this. Your involvement is backed by data, legal frameworks and the Womafreesm infrastructure. The necessary materials, wording and rationale for participation have already been compiled.
The path from your first assignment to the role of coordinator is clear from the outset. You can see the criteria for progression from day one: your contribution, your work rate, the tasks you’ve taken on, and your mentor’s recommendation.
Complete three assigned tasks within 30 days, and you’ll earn a Womafreesm membership through your actual work. This route is recorded separately and is recognised as equivalent to membership obtained through payment.
Participation does not require your details to be made public. Your name, role and contribution will not be published without your explicit consent. You decide the level of visibility yourself.
Womafreesm operates according to clear rules.
This ensures the quality, pace and safety of every participant.
That’s enough to get started.
Membership is granted upon demonstration of a proven track record.
If you need a break, just let your supervisor know.
The task is counted once it has been approved by the supervisor.
